Pabla Indian Cuisine is the first kosher, Indian vegetarian restaurant in Renton, WA opened in 1998. The restaurant and bakery establishment dates back to 1947 in Punjab, India.

The owner Harnek Singh Pabla immigrated to the United States in 1990 and has worked as a chef in Barkley, Sacramento, Roseville, and Modesto California to bring authentic Indian food. In 1995, Mr. Pabla moved to Seattle where he and his brother opened their first Indian restaurant in downtown Seattle.
